Was greeted by the receptionist in a warm and friendly manner; I felt at ease upon arrival and was made to feel comfortable in the treatment room where bath robe was provided. the lady who carried out the acne treatment was also lovely and was knowledgeable in her field, taking into consideration my concerns and outcomes from the treatment. will certainly be going again
