Arrived at venue and it was closed although I had confirmed via text message that morning that I would attend the appointment booked. After standing outside for fifteen minutes I received a further text message from the beautician advising me that my appointment had been cancelled due to building work on the premises. After text confirmation that same morning and traveling to the venue via bus I was not happy at all.

Rang me to say they were cancelling my appointment 1 minute before my appointment when I had already travelled and arrived! Found it very unprofessional considering I had already been messed around

It was really nice. The beautician was really talkative and had a really good technique, so the pain was more bearable and I had a really good waxing. Thank you.
