This is the worse manicure I have ever received. The woman was so rough that she ripped the skin away completely when she was trimming my cuticles. The owner then tried to put Vaseline to cover the open cut and kept saying, don’t worry it will stop bleeding, as if this was normal. I did not continue and left the salon. The bleeding did not stop for 30 minutes. I was told my money would be refunded but I have received nothing.

There was a large patch missed in the hollywood wax I only saw when I got home but it was done quickly which minimised pain. The gel pedicure didn’t come out very well, it wasn’t even, the polish was on my actual toes, there was bubbling in the polish and the nails weren’t shaped in anyway. The pricing of the gel polish on toes is also wrong it was £15 instead of £10. Both of the ladies that saw me were very accommodating about removing the nail polish after it was done however.
