Such a bad experience.
Pedi: I was told that nail varnish on the feet were not included. The tools that were used look like they are just reused over and over again.
Mani: It was advertised as Shellac but it was another brand. I wanted a specific well known nail shape and I came out with all different types of shapes including a chip. I essentially had to refile my nails when I went home.
So, £55 for a foot bath and gel nails - that I had to refile. The owner was pleasant.

Rupe did my massage, it was really relaxing. She was great. I was very happy with the service considering I booked it late on Friday evening yet they were ready for me on the Saturday morning! Thanks.

The ladies who work there are very nice and friendly , but is not the best service. Some hair was left they didn’t see it on my arm, the wax wasn’t cleaned nice from my body, they are working a bit in a hurry. The salon is not very clean it’s smells not very nice and they keep the door shut doesn’t come any fresh air. But for the price you pay it’s ok. They work an really good price.

Preeti is always in a rush for whatever reason. Doesn’t do lashes properly. She will not set your bottom lashes, the glue was stuck to my eyes days after I left. She got glue on my clothes because she was rushing. It doesn’t wash out. She says they’re individuals but they are clusters. The service is terrible. Client care is not considered at all. does the process with your eyes open in a chair. My eyebrows were threaded extremely thin and
I have naturally thick eyebrows. I was not happy.
