Seems like Rup was trying to do a good job but hating what she does at the same time. Rup seemed tired of completing the service when she got half way through. The venue could do with a spruce & it didn’t seem clean. Not sure if they sanitise after use. I didn’t seen them do this after each customer. Rup tried her best to remove my existing gel nails & replace it, but seems inexperienced. I’ve got polish over my cuticles & the finish was messy. I was told not to worry about it & it seems like the tool she used to dry my nails got the blame for the messy finish rather then her skills. She also booked 2 other people at the same time & blamed that it was because she didn’t get in till late. I have a feeling that the response to this might be total denial as her lateness & the drying tool got the blame for the overall experience. The prices are low so expect the service to follow suit. Don’t like to provide negative feedback but i think people should know and not put too much reliance on this place if you have somewhere important to go to & want good vibes on the day!
