I'm sorry but for £35 the eyelashes aren't worth it. Just got them done and they were way too long which is what was recommended to me. The eyelashes are dead straight no curls in them whatsoever and don't blend well with my natural lashes. I can already see that two lashes are coming out an hour later. I wouldn't be as annoyed if they were A LOT cheaper but I didn't receive the service I expected. On top of this I found the salon to be dirty, old wax sticks laying around and the bins were full. I only went here because the reviews seemed ok. I've paid £25 for classic lashes and they were 10 times better. I even showed the beautician a picture of what I wanted them to look like. I would have appreciated if she told me she couldn't do it but she carried on. I think she even trimmed the lashes which is just a big no no. All in all not a good experience. I wish treatwell made sure all the beauticians they advertised were fully trained and insured because this is the most basic and unprofessional lash job I've ever seen. Not happy at all!!

The treatments here are really well priced. service is quick. The lady that originally did my waxing was fantastic the new lady is a Bit messy. The first time I went to her I had powder and wax everywhere when finished, second time she was a lot better. But overall great service.
