I like this salon. It's not the cleanest, and I'd say you need to pick the treatment you have according to the beauticians' skills. I wouldn't get nails done here, for example. However the waxing is quick and efficient, they're personable. The prices are excellent. Indian Head Massages are good here too, as is threading. I had a facial once too which was fab value as they did the gross-but-appreciated extraction on my nose although I got some product in my eye ouch. Good value though.

Staff were clueless to my appointment and refused to start my nails till the boss had turned up, then the lady who did not even look like a worker started my nails and cut my skin on my little finger then tried to blame me. Then when I had told her it was her she then apologised. AFTER blaming me first then took a long break In the middle of my appointment, and didn’t even have a basic colour of white, the options were thin and not even gel I don’t think. Terrible service, terrible treatment.

I booked for Preeti but when I got there it was someone else who did it. The place is good for threading but not good for nails. You have limited options. Also there was a price update which the app doesn't show so I prepaid for it and when I got to the place they asked me to pay extra. Once I explained the situation, they didn't take extra payment but they did recommend better not to book through the app. The person who ended up doing it was friendly
