It was a wonderful experience. I have an uneven brow, So I am always a bit skeptical about the threading. But I am so happy the way she managed to make it look even. I will definitely come back 😊

It wasn’t Sandra that did my treatment. It was Monika. I was 10 mins late and treated horribly. She said she could only do half the treatment and wouldn’t be able to finish because it ate into her lunch time. I understand she is entitled to a lunch but it would have only taken her 5 mins to finish properly. Would have been better not to start than leave with a partially shaved private. Customer service needs improvement
