I thought the staff were lovely however For the money I paid I thought it wasn’t great that my treatment was done on a chair in the main reception right by the door - it felt very cramped

As soon as I walked in the door Iwas made comfortable, i was a bit nervous but abbie spoke to me the whole time and told me what she was doing. There were a couple patches left but I know she got the most she could as some hairs were shorter from where I shaves recently. Overall i would really recommend.
