Monica is extremely polite & tries her best but my manicure was absolutely shocking. I was so unbelievably dissapointed. I booked the 'luxury' manicure which is just a standard gel manicure & has nothing additional to it. I asked for a French tip and had to get her to wipe it off because it was just so messy. I was then left with awful nails and messy paintwork. I was really looking forward to my manicure & had high hopes given reviews but It was just terrible. I would not recommend at all.
