Hannah was lovely and very chatty, my eyebrows were great however when she did my 3/4 leg wax I felt she rushed and was ripping the strips off in any direction - it hurt quite a bit (and I’ve been waxing my legs for over 12yrs) and she actually bruised me on my thighs. Not sure if she was short of time but I was early for my app and I’d booked in for 3/4 leg so there shouldn’t have been a need to rush, I was also left with quite a bit of wax and although I checked at the time, I did later find quite a few missed hairs which was a shame.
