Hannah is amazing! She’s very professional and always manages to get rid of all the knots. She has great technique and is the best masseuse I have ever come across!

Hannah was very good, very professional in everything which was back, shoulders and head massage.
Then it was followed with a facial and a toe nail paint!
However, did feel rushed at the end because she had another client so I guess she wanted to attend her!

I rang to unfortunately cancel my appointment due to last minute work only to be told I had to pay the £38! I couldn’t see this on my email or text?
I went in on Saturday for a massage and had to pay them!
In walked in another lady who had not turned up for her appointment through the week and was hoping to get lashes done today; again the receptionist said she had to pay for the ‘no show’ but this lady said she didn’t know and walked out!!
Extremely unfair and wasn’t offered a refund or voucher 😞
