I didn’t get therapist I’d asked for. Due to masks, I didn’t realise this on arrival, especially as she didn’t introduce herself. No conversation or small talk. Very aggressive massage, which has left bruises. I know I could have asked her to reduce pressure, but thought she’d be doing it safely.

I always expect great service from Precious Moments, and I'm never disappointed. From the warm welcome I received on arrival to the treatments. Lauren and Jess are very professional, friendly and approachable. I can highly recommend and will certainly be back for my lovely treatments.

Such friendly and welcoming people! They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The wax was just the right temperature and bearly hurt at all! Great place to go get beauty treatments!!
