Considering it was my first proper waxing after many failed attempts at home, the staff were absolutely wonderful and very kind even though i was slightly scared. The staff were also very welcoming and patient upon coming in. The actual waxing was not very painful; i was only scared therefore i thought it was more painful. I cannot wait to come back to those lovely ladies and let them do even more wonders!
