The fronts of my legs were waxed fine, as were the backs. A bit patchy but the lighting wasn't great. Unfortunately my legs are three dimensional and the sides were untouched. Leaving me with stripes of hair on the outside and inside of my legs which I had to sort out at home myself. I would have pointed this out to the therapist but she finished up and disappeared without even asking me if I was satisfied.

I had an hour long full body massage with Maria. It wasn't the worst massage in the world but there was hardly any "massage". She mainly used the flat of her hands. More of a good rubbing than a massage. Plus she started 10 minutes late (not her fault) but finished 15 minutes early (5 minutes earlier than if she had started on time!) I will ask for another member of staff when I have another massage as I have had one with hannah previously that was very good

I had an eyebrow wax and asked for a tidy up and to leave the thickness. She didn't listen and made them a lot thinner than before. I have now been there several times and the previous times were fab.
