Lauren was very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the visit because of her. Only one slight thing was it was difficult to choose nail colour because it was just looking at the pots and opening them to see what colour they were(no nail swatches) plus the one I chose didn't have much left in it so it made it harder for Lauren to get enough out. Overall manicure was very good though and she created a lovely shape to the nails.

I had good treatment. However I am still suffering from a reaction to the waxing 2 days later. Red, sore tight blotches on upper lip, in between brows and under brows. Never happened before with waxing. Hoping it looks ok before the weekend!
