When I was brought into the little room I was placed onto some ugly uncomfortable plastic sheeting. Since having my eyebrows done, I now have a red graze on my eyebrow from the beautician waxing over the spot too many times. When I looked in the mirror when I got home, half my hair was still there. I had to go in with a tweezers and further tidy up.

The whole experience was enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and efficient,with advice about the most suitable treatment and care of my nails to the choice of colour. The salon was clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was efficient but friendly and welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend it.
