The manicure itself was good, but my choice of nail polish was not too good as after only one day three or four nails had chipped which meant I had to redo them myself, but having been before and there was not a problem, a different colour, it will not put me off coming again.

The venue is clean and well presented. I was in one of the smaller rooms - fine for the treatment I was having. Previously (for a massage) I'd been in a larger room which I assume is done on purpose (also makes sense). The staff are friendly and polite, offering water when you arrive or if you're early. Appointments have always been on time for me. And most importantly the results have been what was advertised!
