The venue itself is really convenient, kept clean and has a good welcome area where you're offered a glass of water whilst you wait. The treatment rooms are adequately sized - the massage rooms are larger. The waxing itself was fine - Ellie asked exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the results. Will definitely use again!
