I'm quite picky with choosing a therapist that makes me feel comfortable and does an exceptional job, so I've always gone to one in Norbury even though I moved away from Croydon to Coulsdon 4 years ago. I took a chance, this was local and I didn't have a lot of time. Sandra was an outstanding therapist and I could tell she wanted to make sure I was happy with my experience. She even answered all my questions and made some really great suggestions. 100% would recommend her.

Unfortunately it was a poor experience and result. The young woman that did my nails was very inexperienced. I came back to get my nails fixed and left with cuts all over my fingers. The manager is super grumpy and makes you feel unwelcome. Avoid.
