I politely welcome to the salon, however was left to wait nearly 20mins past my appointment time & feel it would've been nice to be told. When I got through to the room, they were still making it up, I waited outside for a further few mins. The massage was ok but seemed to end before the allocated time. I checked & I had only been given a 25min massage when I paid for 45min. I was told at reception after that 15mins would be added onto my next massage when I book again, no partial refund offered
