I recently had a full leg and bikini sugar wax here and was disappointed. Monika was friendly and checked in throughout, but the service felt rushed and more painful than expected due to lack of care. When I got home, I noticed patchy results with a lot of missed hair, meaning I had to fix it myself. I also expected the sugar ball method for my bikini, not strips, which caused irritation. Clearer communication on techniques and more attention to detail would really improve the experience

Another great experience at Precious Moments Beauty salon. They were able to sort out the bookings for me and my boyfriend after I made a mistake in the booking, and we were seen at the same time, instead of 30 mins apart, like I'd booked.
Bobbi is fantastic, very knowledgeable, and always keen to learn the latest technique so she can better support her clients. She adapts to my specific needs and massively helped me with a gut health flare up. I felt a hundred times better the next day.
