I was originally kept waiting for 10 minutes whilst the assistant was on the phone to another customer. I had parked in the car park and allowed myself 1 hour. She continued talking on the phone even though she knew I was waiting for my appointment. There was another assistant in the shop who could have taken over the call, she advised me that she would hopefully not be too much longer.
She motioned to me to take and seat and continued talking. There is not enough space to provide a reply.

Thankyou for my lovely yellow gel nails. I brought my ten year old who also had her nails done too . The ladies are very attentive and kind. Always professional xx
