Precious Moments in Coulsdon is bright and airy and very welcoming. The staff are very welcoming and go the extra mile. Orla is a very experienced therapist exceptionally friendly and very helpful and makes you feel at ease the moment you enter the salon .
The manager is very welcoming & greets you like a family member . She is always helpful .

The appointment before ran over by 10mins. Sandra apologised and I was seen as quick as possible. Always lovely eyebrows when I leave.

I was originally kept waiting for 10 minutes whilst the assistant was on the phone to another customer. I had parked in the car park and allowed myself 1 hour. She continued talking on the phone even though she knew I was waiting for my appointment. There was another assistant in the shop who could have taken over the call, she advised me that she would hopefully not be too much longer.
She motioned to me to take and seat and continued talking. There is not enough space to provide a reply.
