Great experience! Already booked my next manicure! Only thing that could have made it better would have been filing raw edges, and painting right to the edge of my nails (only noticed when I got home), but apart from that fantastic! 😊

Massage was nice, it was a deep tissue massage and I fell asleep as there was no pressure at all,
The facial was horrendous, the machine broke so she took 10 minutes to work out why. When she couldn’t get the machine to work she said she would do it manually but ended up just putting some moisturiser on my face and finishing. The entire facial was done wearing gloves & a 30 minute facial was done in 25 minutes with 10 of those being to sort the broken machine.
