Bobi didn’t listen to me when I’ve asked to stop applying gel, when I’ve noticed poorly quality, it went on the skin around the nail, colour was in patches etc,
When filing nails to take off old gel often she’d scrub through my skin ,
Unfortunately really unpleasant experience and result was terrible
