I had booked a treatment with a specific therapist from recommendations from others. The day before I got a call asking if I could change time but I said I couldn’t as I work. So when I turned up it came about you was not the therapist I had booked with initially. I had waited two weeks for massage so for her to turn around and then say I can book you in another time I was disappointed ad I really needed a massage so went ahead. Not totally experience I was expecting.
