Chloe was great she pierced my daughters ears she concentrated well. My daughter got upset prior to the piercing because she was a bit worried but Chloe remained professional and focused and did a fab job. I was very impressed and my daughter said she felt it but it wasn't painful and her ears have been good since. She is very happy :)
