The room was dirty, the sink area looked as if it had never been wiped down. The bath mats which I stood on were filthy and the floor in the room was dirty with fake tan stains and other debris. During the spray tan the machine leaked various times so I have patches/streaks on my arms and legs. The beautician patted me down with a disgusting hand mit that also looked as if it had never been washed, it was stained with fake tan. I have no idea how many other people had been patted down throughout the day/week with that same mit which made me feel dirty. At the start of the treatment I was advised to put my clothes/bag into a brown basket. When I got dressed after my dress was covered in fake tan. Not sure if my dress was sprayed by accident some how. Was not offered disposeable knickers or hair net. Instead offered a disgusting shower cap clearly used by others and filthy with stains. Would not recommend. Outer areas of my lower leg (ankles and upwards) were missed.
