Unfortunately I don’t believe the member of staff who did my manicure and pedicure had any kind of qualification. Regarding my pedicure none of the hard skin had been taken off my feet and so many layers of nail polish had been used that when I left an hour later it completely smudged and I ended up having to redo it myself at home. My nails were unevenly painted and there were bubbles visibly trapped. It’s only been a week and they’re already starting to chip and lift up, whereas at other salons my gel manicure will last up to 3 weeks. The staff were very friendly but the actual services provided were very disappointing and I won’t be going back.
