I had an Environ Facial which is part of a course that I have booked. Rowena makes you feel at ease and comfortable and talks you through everything she is going to do beforehand and also during the treatment. She is very easy to talk to which is always nice when you are going for a beauty treatment as there is nothing worse than the Beautician being aloof and unfriendly, which I have found several times before I went to Precious Moments. Looking forward to my next facial in 2 weeks time! Thank you Rowena and Precious Moments X
