The beautician did not sanitise her hands prior to the treatment. Did not apply pre-wax lotion or baby powder, and she let the wax go down inside the very private parts! When I told her she said it’s ok !! It’s certainly not ok to wax that very sensitive area! Didn’t even offer to apply gel after the treatment and left so much wax on! When I told her that I still have wax bits on she said they will come off eventually. Really? They got stuck in my underwear. Furthermore the waxing itself was poor, not all hair came out ( according to the beautician it’s due to my tick hair and they can never ever wax ALL the hair ! ) NO! I don’t have tick hair whatsoever and I don’t even have a lot! All my friends had Hollywood wax before and they certainly confirmed that they were left with absolutely NO hair following a Hollywood Wax! The point of waxing especially Hollywood is to remove every single hair!! Sorry but will not be returning to this place and I don’t recommend it to anybody.
