Really poor customer service not the therapists fault but the management need to sort this before repelling more customers . I won’t go back after the way I was treated .

The venue is so beautiful when you walk in. And then when you go into the massage room it’s nice and cosy, low lighting and ambient music. The beds are heated and the covers soft. Chloe is amazing at what she does and I always ask for her when I go. Would definitely recommend Precious Moments Banstead

Amie was excellent, she listened to my points of concern and my preferences for pressure and focal points. I couldn’t recommend Amie more highly. I came away feeling my muscles were much more relaxed
