Demi had amazing customer service. She was very friendly, asked me the type of pressure I wanted on my back, it had to be very gentle, which it was. When she started, she checked with me that the pressure was okay. She asked me if I wanted the oil in my hair as some clients have different preferences but I would have liked more. She made sure I was comfortable on the bed, gave me support for my back. My experience was so good, I ended up going back later to have a facial with my mum.
