At 6 months pregnant I decided to treat myself with a "luxury" pedicure (£56) which I had been looking forward to all week. I was left with dirt still in my nails, no massage as stated & my heels untouched. This is not a pedicure & by no means a luxury one. I was told this was because my gels took too long to take off which is a service I had paid for in itself. I left feeling unhappy and extremely frustrated at the price I paid & the service I got. Contacted the salon with no response.
