Completely inflexible on rescheduling
appointment even though you have to pay in advance. Eyebrows way too dark and left salon with black dye all around my eyes from lash tint (take baby wipes!). Waxing brilliant. Plenty of alternative choice in Banstead, I will be going elsewhere next time.

I regularly have a hot stones massage with Chloe. It is an hour of relaxation to unwind and get rid of some of the knots. The lighting is dimmed and with the spa music playing in the background we can chat or I can just zone out. It is always something to look forward to and Chloe is very professional.
