The venue was full of cobwebs around the ceiling. The massage toom was freezing had to ask for a heater to be put on.
Hot stone massage used 1 stone, noisy when changing stones.. spent more time doing hand massage than stone massage.
They ran late and did not get whole 1 hr treatment. Music played was not relaxing felt like in a restaurant.
