Bruised in stripes down my back to the point that I cannot lean back 4 days later. Salon refuses to refund the cost of the appointment and state that I am wrong and my opinion doesn’t count as their staff are 5 star and mistakes are never made. Personally I don’t recommend this establishment and I put this on record as they claim I’ve rated them 5 stars and I have not.
