What a brilliant hot stones massage. Nicola asked about any problems before starting to either avoid or concentrate on an area. The warmth of the stones relaxes the muscles so that the benefit is felt straight away. She is very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had by explaining the procedure. When I stopped chatting to let Nicola work her magic I relaxed into it and could feel the tension dissipate. It is an hour of ‘me time’ to recharge the batteries. Would highly recommend.
