Lovely therapist, super friendly. I did say I usually like it dark - it wasn’t as dark as I usually have it but on reflection it looked more natural. The tanning room had mould in it but presume this is something they are fixing and I would rather have a spray tan there than not at all due to a closure to fix the works.

room for facial was really cluttered with 2 couches and lots of equipment around. Salon felt very empty - I was the only client. Candy was really friendly and efficient but the atmosphere of the salon didn't really help me feel very relaxed. I would have liked to have known a bit more about what was being done during the facial.

Felt rushed. Even though I was late by 5mins decided to just get main treatment, but was assured we could still fit both in. Stated would recheck and tidy up at the end. No tidy up done.Week later I’ve had to go over a lot of areas. Would have preferred to do 1 treatment and have had it done properly
