I only go here for my spray tans when I have a special occasion.
I booked & paid online for a medium tan, £25. I didn't realise was that this was for an overnight tan. I didn't know there was a difference as the website just says medium tan. Apparently for a tan you take off in 4 hrs it's called a 60 minute tan.
I wasn't able to pay the £5 extra as the manager would only permit £10 minimum payment. A big let down and really bad display of bad customer service and lack of help. I won't go back.

I have had experience with two workers at precious moments. Candy and Chloe. They’ve been exceptional. They are great at what they do and great with their clients.

This was my first time going to have a body and Indian head massage and facial. And I was so happy with the service. Will definately return!
