Awful experience. I 'just paid £56' for absolute disappointment. My session was first thing in the morning and it was so cold, I couldn't relax. When I mentioned the cold, I hear 'the saloon hasn't warmed up yet'. I mean, why do you offer massage appointment in the first hours when it's so cold? room I was in had no heating on at all. I should just leave at this point. My massage covered back and bit of legs, l don't have arms and shoulders? Not to mention jamming CD, and noise outside. Awful
