Stephen is highly skilled in multiple types of massage and uses a tailored combination of techniques specific to each individual and their needs. Wow. I had a deep tissue massage from Stephen this morning after some mid and lower back pain. It was amazing! The best I think I've ever had. A completely different style to anything else. I could kitwrky feel it working with every pressure point he touched. I didn't realised my muscles could feel like that! Good consultation before and after And have me some advice on how to stretch better after running to avoid similar issues.
