I lived my visit to Prana! Steve was fab, had a really good chat about what I wanted to get out of my massage and didn't feel rushed at all. I've had quite a few deep tissue massages as I need to be physically fit for my job, but I had never had one like this before, the techniques were different and very effective, I've been floating all day! Really felt like I got my money's worth and although I'm just visiting for the week I hope to get another session in before I go!
