I had a massage with Steve three days ago because I was suffering with deep pain & tension- a trapped nerve in my neck/shoulder. I have had this a lot. This was one of, if not the best massage I’ve had. It was incredibly thorough and you could tell Steve was technically very skilled as he varied technique and pressure. My pain has greatly subsided and I can feel the healing process has started because of the release achieved during the massage-thank you so much! Great music also- Recommend!!

Hello and welcome to the award winning Prana Massage & Reiki. I am a self-employed therapist with over 10 years experience. Originally trained in India, I really appreciated the style of teaching I experienced there, focusing on the quality of touch. This also taught me to respect the holistic nature and interconnectedness of the body and mind.

I studied many techniques, combining musculoskeletal practices with energetic work to create a personalised therapeutic experience.
