Another therapist entered the room during my massage. Clients should be told beforehand. They were having a conversation in Thai language and laughing about me, that I didn't like it too hard or too soft.
The door to my massage room wasn't locked and a man came to the door of the shop to enquire. My door should have been locked.
The front door had a sign saying "BUSY" so people have to wait out in the hot sun.
