Really lovely salon, and whilst I was waiting I saw a really pretty curly blow dry being done and also some beautiful nail art. Staff really friendly and pleasant. The lady who did my hair was a perfectionist and cut my hair beautifully- exactly as I wanted, salvaging as much of the length as she could (my hair was really damaged).
Only a few niggles- which was that there was no purple shampoo to wash my hair in (I'm a dyed blonde) and I was not asked how I wanted my blow dry, resulting in it just being done straight with a round brush- no different to how I would do it at home myself.
As I had paid in advance, I didn't request this as I had no extra cash on me and just assumed that this was the 'Poudre' finish. Seeing as I got a last minute offer and the cut was so lovely, it's not a major issue- but I would have felt a bit cheated if I paid full price and did not get a 'proper blow dry' with a bouncy/curly finish.
