I really like Violeta and I'm always pleased with my eyebrow tint and shape.
On my last visit, however, my treatment started 25 mins late as I was the first client and she was on her own. Two people showed up unexpectedly to use the sunbed so I had to wait until they were done so that she could lock the door (to protect the till etc during my treatment which was downstairs) as there was no one else to look after the salon.
To be honest I felt a bit annoyed at this as I specifically booked 10am as I had somewhere to be. It also felt as if the two people who showed up were given priority when I had made a booking and was there at least 10 mins before them.
Aside from that, the treatment is good and I'd recommend.

Nice experience in pleasant salon, beautician was helpful in ensuring I was comfortable as I’m heavily pregnant. And please with the results, eyebrows and eyelashes look good.
