Salon was clean and stylist was very nice. But, the highlights I was given were a completely different colour to what I already had (I had caramel brown highlights in my black hair; she gave me almost platinum new highlights which I didn't ask for), and the highlights really damaged my hair, more so than I had experienced ever before.
