Booked a mani and pedi for my mum who is 86 with failing eyesight. Samanta was very kind attentive and mum really enjoyed being pampered. An added bonus was that I was offered a nice comfy massage chair to sit in while I was waiting.

When I arrived the staff didn’t make me feel welcome, offer a drink or to take my coat. The appointment was then 15 minutes late with no apology.
The treatment itself was great however as other reviews have stated, there is no calming music or peaceful setting. Very clinical feel rather than spa. Unfortunately I am not likely to visit again, however the therapist herself was extremely professional
